This service helps you make space again — whether it's the cellar, attic, garage, or a single room. Together with your helper, you decide what stays, what gets donated, and what should be disposed of.

Tip on the number of hours: This service is booked by the hour. The effort depends heavily on volume, floor level, and carrying distances — photos of the rooms with your request help with the estimate. For larger projects (e.g. an entire apartment), it's best to arrange a viewing and a fixed-price offer directly with the provider.

Typically included:

• Reviewing and sorting together with you (keep, donate, dispose)
• Clearing out individual rooms, cellar, attic, or garage
• Carrying and hauling away
• Proper disposal with material separation (e.g. bulky waste, electrical appliances)
• Disassembly of simple furniture
• Broom-clean handover of the cleared areas

Typically not included:

• Disposal and container fees (usually added to the hourly rate — clarify in advance)
• Complete household clearance, for example after a bereavement (to be arranged individually with the provider)
• Disposal of hazardous materials and special waste (e.g. paints, chemicals)
• Renovation or cosmetic repairs after clearing
• Thorough final cleaning beyond broom-clean — available on our platform as a separate service: "Home Cleaning"

How to prepare for the appointment:

• Roughly decide in advance what should go and what stays (labels or notes help)
• Set aside personal documents, photos, and valuables beforehand
• State access and parking options for the vehicle, as well as floor level and lift
• Photos of the rooms with your request speed up the estimate

To clarify directly with the provider:

• Amount of disposal and container fees
• Value offsetting for well-preserved items (best documented in writing)
• For larger clearances: viewing and fixed-price offer
• Is a broom-clean handover desired and planned for?
• The provider's liability insurance
