For Phase 1, the public pricing logic is prepared so that Customer = Search Fee and Provider = Pay-per-Lead can be communicated clearly.
Customer side
Search Fee / Scout Service remains a separate customer-side action.
Provider side
Pay-per-Lead remains tied to match and release events.
No subscription in Phase 1
Subscriptions are not the active core of the public PoC model.
